BVH time is the sum of native BVHAggregate constructor intervals in this render (world, mesh and volume-boundary trees). It includes bounds, tree construction and flattening, excludes R scene creation, compilation and ray tracing, and excludes the separate light-sampling hierarchy. Nested intervals are counted once.
Package build measurements
One R CMD INSTALL wall-time measurement per configuration build, including installation. Repeated scene rows do not add build samples.
